Ehi is the Managing Partner at Serge, where he provides strategic leadership across the firm's engagements, shaping how the organisation positions, communicates, and delivers its work across both public and private sector contexts. He oversees the alignment of strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that Serge's solutions are clearly articulated, effectively deployed, and positioned for sustained impact.
His expertise strengthens the link between communication and business performance. Through insight-driven storytelling and structured engagement, he supports strategic initiatives, deepens stakeholder relationships, and reinforces the credibility and clarity of Serge's work across diverse audiences and markets.
Prior to co-founding Serge, Ehi led Corporate Communications at Viisaus Ltd, where he shaped narrative as a lever for influence, stakeholder trust, and sustained market positioning. He directed reputation strategy across brand, media, digital, and executive communications, ensuring that messaging consistently reinforced the firm's role in transforming governance and development outcomes across Africa.
Earlier in his career, he co-founded RavenBrooks International, a nonprofit organisation based in Benin City, where he led stakeholder engagement and social impact programmes. He coordinated outreach efforts that supported over three thousand vulnerable children and established the city's first teachers' community, connecting educators to professional development and international opportunities. He also directed brand identity development and communication management for several organisations across Nigeria.
Ehi holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Management and is completing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Planning. He brings analytical depth and creative clarity to complex issues, positioning communication as a strategic asset that drives long-term value for clients, communities, and investors.
