Information you provide voluntarily
When you use our contact form, you may provide your name, email address, company name and a project brief. Our contact form composes a mailto link and opens your own email client — we do not store form submissions on our servers. The information reaches us only if you send the email from your client.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 (property ID: G-CVYELGZ4D8) to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics may collect:
- IP address (used by Google in anonymised form)

8. Data retention
- Contact enquiries: retained in our email systems for as long as necessary to respond and maintain the business relationship, then deleted.
- Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for 14 months from the date of collection, after which it is automatically deleted.

- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
